| General conditions | | Shipments are governed by amongst others the general conditions of carriage of Air France Cargo when carried on Air France Cargo, or the general conditions of carriage of KLM Cargo when carried on KLM Cargo. These conditions can be viewed on this website or obtained from any local AF-KL Cargo office near you. Conditions may deviate per country and/or per product.

Air waybill conditions of contract A new version of the paper air waybills issued by carriers, agents and freight forwarders, is effective since 01 July 2010, and includes the amended IATA Resolution 600b. The Conditions of Contract on the reverse side of the air waybill include 12 articles and refer to the Montreal Convention of 1999. Read more http://www.iata.org/whatwedo/cargo/Pages/resolution600b.aspx Uniform Liabilty Limits across all routes As from July 01, 2010 the Montreal Convention of 1999 (MC99) liability limit is harmonized across all traffic routes on a global basis. The liability limit of 19 SDR per kilogramme in case of carriage of cargo which is lost, damaged or delayed now applies universally across all convention or non-convention routes.
