We handle fuel charge levels for three distance zones Short Haul, ICA and ICA Long, thereby taking into account respective fuel-burning patterns. 

Short Haul zone
This fuel surcharge level is applicable when moving a shipment from an origin to a destination within the short haul zone.

ICA zone
This fuel surcharge level is applicable when moving a shipment from an origin in the Short Haul zone to a destination in the ICA zone and vice versa.

Long ICA zone
This fuel surcharge level is applicable when moving a shipment from an origin in the Short Haul zone to a destination in the long ICA zone and vice versa. This fuel surcharge level is applicable when moving a shipment from an origin to a destination in the ICA zone via our hubs CDG and AMS.

Exceptions
For shipments moving in the zones ICA and Long ICA or between ICA and Long ICA and not via CDG and AMS, exceptions to the above are valid.
