You can book your Airfrance and KLM shipments quick and easy anytime you like via two booking portals; Cargo Portal Services (CPS) and Global Freight Exchange (GFX). 

Customer Service (CSO) can help you by making the choice and will be always available when you need help making a booking via one of the two booking portals CPS or GFX.

Why would I make a booking online?

  • You are in control to ensure that all data on your shipment is captures correctly

  • Quicker confirmation of your booking as compared to sending an email to your CSO office

  • No more waiting in the telephone queues of the various airlines

Cargo Portal Services (CPS)

CPS is an initiative of many leading airlines, and is free of charge to all customers. It is easy to make a booking or update one. Allotments can also be booked through this tool.

Next to booking services, it is possible to check schedules, availability, and track your shipments on the CPS site. Subsribing to CPS is easy, go to www.cargoportalservices.com and click on 'Register for CPS'from the left hand menu.

Global Freight Exchange (GF-X)
GF-X is an initiative from a number of leading airlines and forwarders. GF-X makes it possible to book your shipments online. Subscription can be done via GF-X, based on a fee. For more information, please visit the GF-X website.

Host to Host connection via EDI/CCS
It is possible to connect your internal booking system with our booking system directly. This technique works via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and works via a Cargo community system (CCS). All relevant information for making a booking is send via a standard message called freight forwarding requests to the internal systems of Airfrance and KLM.

If you want to implement Host 2 host please contact your Airfrance-KLM Cargo and Martinair Cargo sales representative or your local CSO office to find out if this is technically possible for you.
