As of October 1, 2009 Air France Cargo and KLM Cargo have integrated their commercial activities in the USA providing you with direct access to a high-quality global network of services via our two hubs – Charles de Gaulle, Paris and Schiphol, Amsterdam. It is with great pleasure that I would like to welcome you to our newly updated joint Air France Cargo-KLM Cargo website. Here you will be able to find information about our joint network, products and rates, track & trace your shipments, an interactive timetable, and many other e-services.
On the contact page you will be able to find your nearest Customer Service office including contact information and e-booking channels. I would also like to take this opportunity to introduce Alain Pagès, our newly appointed VP Sales and Marketing, Air France-KLM Cargo USA.
| Alain is an Air France veteran with 25 years of air cargo experience. For the past 4 years he has been serving as VP Sales & Marketing for the USJV. The multicultural experience of the USJV has provided Alain with useful insights into team building and strategic planning in a variety of international markets. Prior to that, he was the general manager for Air France Cargo, UK and Ireland. His career at Air France has also included various sales positions in France as well as a stint in Brazzaville in the Republic of the Congo. |  |
